Lancaster County is now in its third and final year of the 2027 reassessment project.
Last year, the County mailed information on reassessment to over 150,000 property owners and worked with them directly to confirm the accuracy of their property record cards. The Property Assessment Office is now working on finalizing its data set and conducting analysis to prepare to send Change of Assessment Notices to property owners this summer.
The Property Assessment Office will continue to provide municipalities and other taxing bodies with interim bills as reassessment milestones are completed. Tentative Assessment totals will be sent in the Fall.
