Earl Township is currently seeking township residents that are interested in serving as a member of the Zoning Hearing Board.
The Zoning Hearing Board consists of three (3) regular members and (1) alternate appointed by the Board of Supervisors. The purpose of the Board is to ensure fair, equitable application and administration of the Zoning Ordinance. The Zoning Hearing Board has jurisdiction to hear and decide the following, but is not limited to: Applications for variances, Applications for special exceptions, Procedural challenges to the Ordinance, and Appeals of Zoning Officer’s determination.
The Zoning Hearing Board meets the second Monday of every month at 7:00 PM, as needed.
